Andra is responsible for defining a product roadmap, which will be integral to FintechOS’ next phase of fast growth. She is establishing and growing a professional practice for deploying FintechOS’ software platform, and is working directly with clients and software development teams across several ventures to improve project delivery for FintechOS.

Andra has had a vast career in fintech working at some of the biggest banks in the world, moving between Tier 1 financial services providers and fintechs. Her roles have included Start-up Advisor, Market Analyst, Banking Innovation Labs Architect and Innovation Programmes Advisor for Europe and Asia.

As a former London Business School graduate, former Anthemis fellow and a current University of Warwick researcher, Andra is committed to continuously developing her understanding of the architectural landscapes. Her doctoral research is focused on making the layers and interconnections between physical and digital infrastructure within financial services visible.

Andra is also author of the paper The Ripples of Core Banking. With over 3,000 downloads, this visionary thesis looks at a component of the fintech industry that was previously under-researched. Additionally, she won a grant from the Think Forward Initiative to shed further light on measuring access to banking services in the UK, and was a former Startupbootcamp mentor.
