She believes in the power of innovation in banking as the main driver for evolution.
Dana has strong experience in two of the largest banks in Romania in development projects in the banking field, innovation and digital banking projects, product management Retail and Micro Enterprise segments, as well as Cards. She worked for 15 years at BRD Group Société Générale, the second bank in the system. In October 2014, Dana Dima (Demetrian) was appointed Executive Vice President of Retail and Private Banking in the Board of Banca Comerciala Romana, the bank with a portfolio of 3 million clients and over 327 branches.
She holds: a master’s degree obtained in 2003 at the National School for Postgraduates Studies, in partnership with « Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers », Paris, a master’s degree in economics at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (2003) and a license as a Diplomat Engineer at Politehnica University – Faculty of Automatics and Computer Sciences– Bucharest (1996).
