Mariana Chindris (Chief Technology Officer, Banca Transilvania) is a professional with about 25 years’ experience in the banking industry, having extensive knowledge of general management, business development and delivery, motivation and team building/leadership, as well as general and technical project management.
She is currently leading the information technology team of Banca Transilvania’s service capabilities, combining technology skills with banking knowledge to improve consumer and employee experience. Being a Senior MBA graduate, she is highly skilled in needs assessment and strategic planning, motivating teams to reach for their best and following through to ensure success. Prior to this position, she managed BT’s digital transformation office, with a proven track record of successfully creating and implementing transformational projects within the bank.
