Managing Director of ABI Lab, the Italian banking research and innovation centre. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering with a Master at the Bocconi University, he covered different roles in international consulting firms such as Accenture, Capgemini and Ernst & Young, developing and implementing projects in the Financial Services and ICT sector.
He is part of several Working Groups at European level and since 2017 he has chaired Spunta Banca DLT, the initiative that has moved the Italian interbank reconciliation process onto DLT.

ABI Lab is the Research and Innovation Center for the Bank promoted by ABI (Italian Banking Association) in order to encourage dialogue between banks and innovation partners. ABI Lab is a Consortium of 122 Banks and 70 companies whose mission is to analyze and promote innovation in the Italian banking sector.
CERTFin – CERT Finanziario Italiano is a public-private cooperative initiative aimed at increasing the cyber risk management capacity of financial operators and the cyber resilience of the Italian financial system through operational and strategic support activities for prevention, preparation and response to cyber attacks and security incidents.
