Cristian is a Partner with EY, specialized in the digital strategy & transformation, customer and employee analytics, process consulting and project management of large and complex implementations, with solid experience in the Financial Services, Retail and Government.
He has an extensive experience in strategy and process improvement engagements. Since entering consulting in 2006, Cristian worked across Europe and the Middle East with Blue Chip clients. He worked with C levels in these organisations and he has an excellent delivery track record.
For the past 3 years Cristian led multiple analytics mobility and digital channel strategy and delivery engagements across Banking and Government clients.
Cristian’s consulting experience is supported by a successful software delivery and solution architecture career with IBM (1999-2006) where he implemented and managed large custom development solutions.
