Gabriel Mocan – Head of Digital Technology & Innovation at Banca Transilvania
Gabi is a professional with 14 years of experience in the banking industry, with skills in development, DBA, testing, project management, team building, automation, change management, prototyping.
He studied Automation and Computer Science at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, before starting his journey in Banca Transilvania as a programmer.
After more than 11 years and many challenging projects in the IT Department, he was recruited for the new-created Digital Transformation Office.
As the coordinator of the Digital Technology & Innovation Department, he managed to build a team of young, open-minded and very competitive professionals, with main focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Mobile Development, Innovation, as enablers for great customer and employee experience.
