Konstantinos Tovil – Senior Vice President, Merchant Solutions at TBI Bank
Kostas has 16 years of experience in Fintech, Consumer Lending, Digital channels, transformation and new Business launch across several Countries. He started his career in Citibank and has held executive positions in EFG Eurobank in Romania, Bulgaria and Greece.
He also has a strong interest in digital innovations. Currently leading a new venture on Digital and value proposition transformation in Merchant Solutions within TBI Bank in Romania and Bulgaria. Launching and managing digital consumer lending platforms giving instant loan decisions maximizing value for merchants and their customers. Developing new Risk assessment and CRM models with thousands of data points to optimize conversion rates and revenue.
Kostas holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Kingston University. He is also a member of the UK Royal Society of Chemistry.
